The eternal cause and effect conundrum! ...Ah, well! The eternal cause and effect conundrum! You are happy because that's the way you are/feel or you are happy by ordering things around, looks being the most important amongst them. The answer lies in a dictum I found very meaningful- You can know more about a person from what he says about others, than by what others say about him. It is how you perceive things that makes the world beautiful and life a breeze. I find another parallel from the physiological wellness. If one is sick the best foods may not look palatable , but after a hard work out a packet of peanuts and couple of cool glasses of plain water will be heaven. I sometimes feel our cultural upbringing has given us extreme power to be content with way of nature.
I'll be personally quite content to grow old gracefully. Being fit active and independent is wishful thinking and I need to work on that but I never can think about liposuction or tummy tucks... na baba na...
And how much awareness do people need to realise the downside of these short cuts. There's almost 2-3 programmes on telly every week showing the consequences and interviewing people who have undergone such stapling....uuhhAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09364094627382923929noreply@blogger.com
